- •Permissions Overview: The GoFiber interface adapts based on your account type and permission level. Higher-level permissions allow additional control over settings and configurations.

Communicating with Clients
• Alerts: Activate or mute system alerts using the bell icon in the top menu to stay updated on important notifications.

• Adding Channels: Use the Channels button to connect additional communication channels, such as email, web chat, and social media platforms, for seamless client interaction.
• Customizing Interface Settings: Go to Settings to adjust interface visuals, including color schemes, icons, and text settings, to match your branding.
• Prompt Settings Drawer: Access the drawer on the left side of the interface to view prompt settings and database configurations, including connections to external data sources like websites and documents.
